Sorry after the Video it all got cleared out for me! But could you give me a piece of advice on how i can get rid of the recent posts on the pages i create? I’d like to replace the recentpost widget area with some other widgets but what ever i do it doesn’t accept my widgets And stays on recent posts. If i set the page to blog archive and then put a widget in blog section it works but then i’ve got an archive beneath my page haha!

I purchased this theme this morning, and am frustrated. I love the design, but it break core features of Wordpress. The “home” page is hard coded navigation. It expects that your homepage will always be your “blog” page. I am unable to use the functionality in wordpress to set a different page as my blog, and use the main page as a blog category, or a blog page.

The functionality I refer too is in the Wordpress Admin Panel.

Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays ->”a static page”

If I set “Home Page” and “Posts Page” to be specific pages The navigation is all broken, and it doesn’t behave the way you would expect.

I hope this is fixed. Themes should not break basic Wordpress functionality. I really don’t want to have to hack the code to make it work.

Is it possible that my troubles are caused by the provider ? He disable these php functions :

THEMEFOREST FILES INCLUDED : CSS Files, HTML Files, JPG Image, JS Files, Layered PSD , PHP Files

The description lists HTML Files as included, as well as the normal PHP files found in WordPress themes. Other WordPress themes advertising that HTML files are included actually include an HTML version of the website in the zip file.
