since ive updated the theme, nothing appears on sidebar (widget and ad) when im in homepage. Moreover, nothing appears in latest post section… Can you help me ?

Check the junk or spam box for some reason sometime arrive there. Another thing and like I said I really sucks on coding. I need to change the logo for a bigger one and maybe the header bg. I have an idea but I saw the code lines and seem a litter bit complicated. How can I do that? Thanks!!

Well it was on all (FF, IE and Chrome). But I managed to fix the issue. It was to do with the path to both the images not correctly defined in the CSS .

White CSS was looking for the images in: ‘themes\traveling\i’ rather than is: ‘themes\traveling\i\White’.

I really like affair and would like to buy it. However, I’m new to WP and cannot get all themes to upload/FTP properly.

For example, why can I FTP /upload a .zip file of Visualization (a free theme) successfully but not Infocus WP (which I bought for $37)?

I purchased this theme a while back and I am finally using it. I am having issues displaying the thumb image for all blog posts. Currently it displays the default bgthumb.png in the post i added the custom field thumb and the image link and when I go to see the post the default image disappears but my new image does not appear to show. Im not sure what is going on can you offer any help.

Is there a way to have a different logo on the bottom of the page then on the top? I want to make the bottom logo small then my logo on the top of the page…

I found out what the issue by looking at your home page also. If you use a .png or any other image format other than .jpg it will not display correctly in the thumbnail excerpt box. The thumbnail will be off center and a red x will display on top of the picture.

All is fine as long as you use jpg. I do have troubles with TimThumb not working, but I think it more of hostgator issue.

Is there a way to remove timthumb?

Loving this theme in the demo so I brought it. Only two things confuses me, how do I set the default view “content” to be in “Latest” instead of “Featured”?

And is there any tips on using my own logo? I know how your current logo works but I can’t seem to come up with anything to go with the black metallic finish. Just wanted to see if there’s any ideas you can give out, but this isn’t as important

I need your support for 2 bugs. 1> In the footer I have to write this sentence : “В© Quali’Vie 2010 – Tous droits rГ©servГ©s” but it’s appear like that with a ”\” automaticly generate “В© Quali\’Vie 2010 – Tous droits rГ©servГ©s”

2> In the blog, when I create a post, there is a “2” in the comment bubble. but there is no comments. It the the same for each post. When I write 1 comment, the bubble display 3 etc. Do you know this bug ? How can I fix it ?

Nevermind. Trial and error with code gets me places.

If anyone else wants to fix – under the “single post” php file – delete the “get_the_image” just under the timthumb info (fyi – do not delete the code after that; messes up the whole post and won’t display)

changing the domain to www isn’t making a difference – it is the same issue posted and I really cant see how this is going to get resolved. I’ve tried to move hosts as suggested, although both support the script, I’ve tried to understand the relative paths thing but do not know where this bit goes, I’ve even tried restarting from scratch which was painful but still no resolve.

Really dont know where to go now as I have used other themes lately which also use the script but are not suffering the same issues.

I’m sure its not the theme as of course others are doing fine with it but I cannot understand the problems I am faced with.

Any ideas?

thanks for the reply – although I dont think I have fully understood the relative paths option – I asked if you could tell me where I add this? as in the HTML option tab in the posts I cannot see where I add these?

I’m sure there must be a fix as other themes I am using use the timthumb script and run fine and the hosting is on the same company and setup so hopefully I can get this working as the client has been waiting for such a long time now, he loves the design and I dont want to go back and say I need to change this now. :o)

if you could help me find the answer then hopefully I can leave you alone ;o) Or indeed is there anyone out there that has had this issue and remedied it easily that can help????

Awesome theme!

I just need some help on the gallery end. I know that its something that I’m doing wrong. I went through the instructions and video but for some reason the “featured image” function is not working for me. So I just went in and replaced the default image with the image I wanted to use and it worked, but I rather operate under the instructions given (and not rig it). I’m not sure how the gallery works either.

I’m pretty sure that this is simple and you’ll be able to shoot me some quick insight that will solve all my problems. Thanks for your help.

Hi, great theme and from what I have read support too which is nice to see. I was wondering if it is possible to ‘bake’ some of the theme choices into the site so the viewer can make the changes. I know you have it on the preview page, is there anyway of having this in the final version and a way to set what options I want the view to be able to change?

I might only want them to be able to choose the background image or a few color choices.
