hello, we have installed on your site theme wp (other user has bought) I’ve just installed. But I can not get it to work the slide, although the items are generated in the function does not show the slide. have any special requirements? I disabled all plugins to see if this was, but just does not work.

I bought the Photobox Theme few weeks ago, and I have the same problem as Guydroog… I installed it on wordpress, and the theme is appearing, but I’m not able to see the what I see in your demo.

I can’t change the home page, I don’t see the slide show etc…

I tried to do what you said : “In your ftp program find photobox>scripts and give /cache folder permissions of 777 instead of 755 and also timthumb.php permissions of 777” but I doesn’t work (I’m sure I don’t do it the correct way.)

Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong please? I did that :

Is there a way to have the slider NOT FREAKING ZOOM CROP !!? Just posted an event where most of my images were portrait and it cuts everyones head off.

Is there a way to control the duration time of text inside the “Cu3er Slider” ?

I mean, you can put some text associated which each image inside the “Cu3er Slider”.

But the texte disappears quickly and I want it to be visible as long as the associated image is visible (or at least 10sec).

Hello I have noticed with this theme that if you create a post using the portfolio category it will not post it in the blog section. I would like to be able to include my posts in the blog when I choose the portfolio cat. Anybody found a workaround for this issue? Also contact page does not work and nothing shows up when I type on “Home Page” page. I wonder if there is a comparability issue with wordpress 3.0? I appreciate any help you can give.

I am also receiving the “_Notes” in the slider when the site first loads. I noticed that under the “Slider Images” in the “Earth Nature Options” that the following item is there; earth-nature/images_blue/banner/_notes . There’s a checkbox to delete it but it will not delete.

Other people have commented on it but there isn’t an answer.

How can I remove it?

Support for the built-in WP gallery would be nice… If the gallery function built into WP could be supported with CSS , and the code for showing the gallery could be omitted from the text (as for now, the preview shows [gallery link=”file” orderby=”title”] , which of course in not desirable).

As a quick fix that would help a lot, when I wish to have more than one image in a post.

Would you please consider adding these features to your next update?

1. Support for WP3 .0’s native thumbnails instead of auto-generating. 2. On / Off function of auto-generating thumbnails and banner pictures.

I like the style of your theme and that is why I bought it. But I cannot use it now because I am not possible to change upload folder. So please consider adding on/off functions above so I can use sort of ‘lite’ version of your theme.

I can change them manually but I’ve purchased this theme to save my time, so if I spend too much time on changing codes manually, it’s not worth it.

I have one question.

I am making a photo gallery page. What i would like to do is when u see all the pictures in my gallery (made with the option to insert the gallery using the insert gallery from the insert pictures mode) and click one picture to have a page that has more pictures of the same picture and some text.

So far when i select to show the attachment page option it shows me the specific image post url – but how can i add some text and more images to that post url?

No offense intended but I’m trying to figure out what justifies a 37 dollar price on this particular template?

I don’t see any shortcodes, many page templates, typography, full width example, nothing really special at all. I’m thinking this is a 27 dollar template. Just my humble opinion.

I don’t think this compares at all with your other work. Am I missing something?

While I totally respect the authors at this site, I also echo your frustration with only implementing weak video support for vimeo and youtube on these themes…I’m not a teenager, I don’t utilize those services. Self hosted video needs some real attention around here.

I understand they are coding for the least common denominator to maximize sales, but most options in the custom admin panels are worthless. I mean, a custom box for the url of your logo? Seriously? Seo options? For what? Why even bother when there are a slew of seo plugins that will do a much better job. I’d much rather have a one page admin of the theme to change the basics and spend more time on shortcodes, validation, documentation, updates, and other things we actually need.

Third gripe, I understand being trendy and all but I can only stomach so much header with slider, call to action button, 3 box layout, and massive footer with widgets. And oh, what a surprise, I bet if you click on another page, the slider will disappear and be replaced with a smaller colored bar with a text excerpt perhaps. Who is going to do something different? Unfortunately you could probably distill 90 percent of the themes into the same code because they have the same exact layout.
