I don’t know why, but now the #topnav works in IE when I float it left. At first, it was centered and so I changed it to right before you replied, but now I changed it back to float left and it’s floating left. However, in Safari it’s centered.

Another issuethat I figured out is the #topnav links were only white and are not “spinning” and changing color like before. It turns out the Widget Flickr Gallery was causing that.

Would a plugin be causing the #topnav float difference between IE and Safari?

Is it possible to have a drop down menu for the main navigation (pages)? I changed the code from this:

<?php wp_list_pages(‘title_li=&depth=1&sort_column=menu_order&exclude=’.get_option(‘sl_page_ex’).’‘); ?>

to this

<?php wp_list_pages(‘title_li=&depth=2&sort_column=menu_order&exclude=’.get_option(‘sl_page_ex’).’‘); ?>

but that didn’t work correctly and broke the menu layout.

I don’t know what I did to get on your bad side, but I sense some attitude. Perhaps I’m wrong and this isn’t reading well through e-mail. In that case, I apologize. I am simply a customer who bought your product because I thought it was awesome.

I feel somewhat let down by the support aspect. I’m a techie. I used to be a flash & perl developer and I’m used to figuring out problems on my own, but in this case I cannot.

Yes, I have been through the help/support files. Yes, I’ve been through the process of how to add images. What I am stating is that there is a problem with this. When I add the images, the images are broken. When I right click on the broken image the URL that appears is incorrect.

If you have a problem with my site’s content, then I see that as a separate issue. I am not asking your to support the content, but to support YOUR PRODUCT which I paid $27. If you do not want to offer support then I would like my money refunded. That’s only fair.

If you do not support adult content, then you should state that upfront. To simply e-mail, “We do not support adult content” doesn’t help anyone. It’s after the fact. I already bought your product.

I am asking for you to please have a look at the problem I am having.

If the issue is that the problem I’m having requires paid support then please state that.
