hi there! bought this theme and I’m pretty happy with the results, as I’m trying to showcase my photography work. I have three categories on my first page. How do I manage to post pics in each category without them showing on my main page (or my second)?

as in, some of the pics will be on display on the first/second page of the website, but others I want hidden until one goes into a category to see what’s there.

Thank you for the beautiful and easily adaptable theme! One thing I am wondering if you can tell me how to do is make other categories appear under the main logo (currently it only says “portfolio”). Yours has a few different areas to click on (close-up, urban, etc.) that allows the viewer to narrow what they are seeing.

First, where do I go to add those extra titles and Second, how do I get my portfolio pages to go to the appropriate title when clicked?

Great theme, and I am enjoying the process so far.

I’m a bit new at Wordpress, but have been reading all the articles and forums I can. With your theme, I am having the same problem as Rowlsten earlier, and that is with the setup of the grid.

I am trying to create my ‘porfolio’ page as a gallery, as you did in your demo. I have read the documentation and I just don’t know what I am doing wrong.

The posts go straight to the blog page, despite creating a ‘portfolio’ category and ticking the box. Any thoughts on why this occurs and how to fix it?

Also, when I put up more than 2 posts on the front page, the third post ends up at the bottom of the page and looks odd. Any thoughts here?

Thanks for the tips luglio7 – all is starting to come together really well now. My client really likes the theme. One further question – is it possible to remove the dates and ‘posted by’ info from blog posts?

I know this topic has been mentioned before but I can’t find the solution. I’m missing all of the text on my jQuery slider after the opening slide. I’m using Chrome on a Mac as well as Safari on both a Mac and an iPad. Here’s my site-

Hi – I changed the message to take out the exclamation mark and now it works! Yay, thanks! BUT the success message spans across both columns so is hiding behind the google map – can you tell me where to edit that so it only takes up one column? Thanks
