I’m trying to change sFR swf font used in the cu3er but it seams that all the fonts i generate in all the different ways simple wont work. I do call them the same name as your font is and I set the permissions to 777 I dont know what I’m doing wrong but it seams as your font have something more in it making it work with the rest of the site. Can you help me with this ishue please. Tahnks

I resolve most of the ishouses from previous posts (except menu-bg hover in ie and sFR swf fonts, but that is not much important now) but i saw that Safari is not loading all of the CSS . Do you have any fix for taht?

Attention: Support requests

Support for all my themes is available only at the support forum I’ve setup at my website:

The reason I have choosen to use my own forum are quite simple:

Themeforest support threads are not searchable. Since most questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it possible that you dont even need to wait for my response, because its already there.

Second Reason: people can’t respond to each other at themeforest to help each other out, while I am busy with other tasks.

Third Reason: it is very inconvenient for me to check multiple places if support requests where made (here at themeforest, my themeforest mail account, my websites mail account, facebook group, twitter etc) Therefore I decided to channel those requests at one place and make it available to everyone so all of you guys can benefit.

Sorry to post here but for some reason your website is not loading. I am having issues with the Navigation bar at the top. It will not allow me to click on the options below the store option. The website is www.visualwordmedia.com Thanks so much for your help. If anyone else can help with the problem that will be great as well.

Hi there – I’m thinking of buying this theme – just wanted to check something first… the main background images and headlines etc in the “slider” on the front of the site – do they have to be blog posts or is it possible for them to be referring to / linked to static pages, and not necessarily have blog posts linked at all? (The reason is that it may be for a corporate website that is more about informational pages than blog posts…)

Just an FYI . In regard to the “contact” file. The location is not here: “Contact Form

1. Go to Pages > Add New, give the page a title and then select the "Contact" page template from the drop down menu on the right-hand side of the page.
2. Open contact.php in the "includes" folder and around line 48 add your own email address: $address = "example@themeforest.net";
3. You can edit the contact form by opening template-contact.php."

Hello, ive recently purchased this theme and im pretty happy about it. I only have one problem though, i can seem to get the flash slider to work . If i put it on JQuery mode it seems to work, but then i switch to flash, and i just get nothing, as if theres a transparent image.

It also has the option to install glash as if it thinks i dont have flahs, yet i know i do, and to make sure, i even installed it again. What am i doing wrong.

I extracted files and uploaded /impressive under /wp-content/themes/

but in admin panel, under Appearance>>themes, the theme does not appear. I am using version 2.9.2

Any idea why its not appearing? Thanks in advance.

Bought this template, and it looks great— BUT it looks like almost NO QA testing has been done – it has not been checked or checked very badly. I had to spend days working it over to make it work, and it’s still a jumble of hacks. It has a multitude of problems and compatibility issues – too many examples to list but here are a few:

1. In FF 3 .6 and IE8 the back-end theme options template only shows the first three tabs, the last two don’t show up (but works in Chrome) 2. If you put a page into “pages displayed in full” the “contact” pages stop working (as well as in a few other combinations – the contact page breaks a lot) 3. The default Cu3er settings don’t work and need to be fixed 4. In numerous situations/combinations various features stop working. It’s fairly ridiculous.

In all, if someone is going to sell this as a template, they need to FIX THIS . It looks nice, but if you’re not a developer, don’t bother touching it. I would like to get the money back, but at this point, have super-customized it and it now works for me under a very specific set of conditions, and wouldn’t want to try and replicate it.

One question though, I added my own flash on the home page (in leu of the slider), and the rollover submenu’s appear behind the flash. I tried using the z-index property but no luck. Could you give me some direction on this?

I have seen a RubencioВґs post here asking you a month ago if it is able to translate the whole theme to Spanish:

Flower Great work.. I have a few issues I’m sure you can resolve. I have my slider working properly, thinking of changing to the non-flash version. I have installed the theme and have imported the XML file with the demo content.

1. I need to how to edit the demo content with my own? The testimonials, the buttons, the text on the grey bars.. where do I need to go to edit it.

2. I know this one has been touched on but the portfolio, how do you get the prettyphoto option to work? I am using the first portfolio listed v.4? The thumbnail shows but the larger img does not load after clicking. Not sure where to place the rel=”prettyphoto” to make it work. I noticed on the demo it does the same thing, only one of portfolio opens up properly. whats different about that one compared to the others?
