Hi there, I am using this theme and trying to add a jQuery menu as shown in However, there seems to be a conflict with the features animate.js script. I solved the menu not working by puting the menu.js link in front of the animate.js in the header.php file, but this then stops the animate.js script from working. I have added the no-conflict code (shown below) to both scripts in a vain hope that it would help but it didnt…

ok, forget the fatal error from my first posting above – was my fault.

But the other subject from my last post here above seems to have to do with the thumbnails and/or image handling in WP 2 .9.2.

Yes, I really have installed your right version from the downloaded folder wp_2.9.x!

But it seems, that your documentation is still an old version … and your custom fields “thumb” obviously does not work any longer:

No posting shows its thumbnail on frontpage, no featured posting (the 3 in the row below the slider) has its thumbnail and no image in the slider is shown, and below the slider (filmstrip) the small thumbs are not shown.

Thanks for your previous help Kayapati. I am now needing to add additional top navigation buttons. Seems like there is a parameter limiting them to six (6) or to a specific total width.

Can you help me resolve? I’d like to add a top navigation page. It seems like I am required to have at least one navigation category. Can this be changed as well?

Hi. NotSure what I did, but I made the aweber form smaller and pasted the code into the txt widget again, and added a title to the txt box in the widget and …wooo hooo …. it fixed the footer problem !!! So THANKYOU .. this theme does let you place AWEBER forms into the sidebar which is Fantastic !

Also Oceans Wawes has many png images and png images load slowly in IE than other browsers. I am sorry but it is not a problem. It is related with IE Render Engine.

I appreciate you taking the time to help me. However, I think I’ve just made an enormous mistake!

In trying to instal stat counter code, I ahve just messed up my footer.php code, and now my site doesn’t have a footer! I know this was my own stupid mistake, and you should slap me for not copying it down before modifying it! But i was wondering if you could help.

I have tried to FTP the origional footer.php file, but it doesn’t replace the messed up one. What should I do?

I don’t like the effect of the navigation bar on top e. g. at the blog page. This moving site names while hovering seems to me a little bit annoying.

Will it be possible to remove the effect easily? I want to have just the same navigation bar design without this hover-effect.

I have a peculiar issue. After entering my site the page slides only once. After that all other pages just appear instead of sliding. This happens only in IE( 8 ). I have installed a new fresh installation without altering wordpress or supersonic settings.

I tried it on the supersonic demo site (WP) and got the same behavior. Strangely enough it doesn’t happen with the site of another user.

I’ve tried a lot of things like emptying all IE8 settings but without any result. Do you have any idea?

By the way. I have created 2 support tickets concerning the IE( 8 ) scroll down issue. Any chance that you can come back on that?

I think you have a problem with le last version of your template with the facebook icon for example if you choose the white theme because the images aren’t present in the right folder.

I tried contacting support but never heard back… I need some help.

You can see that my image is not lining up within the Slider Box properly. How do I fix this?

Also when I added a second post to add another image to the slider, it placed the 2nd image below the 1st one instead rotating it in the slider…

Also you can see that when I copied the info from the documentation to make my site look like yours on the homepage, the page still doesn’t look the same. What am I doing wrong. I have followed the documentation exactly to the letter.

I’m having a problem with the way the menu is coded when i use Simple:press . If i go down to a forum, the forum name shows in the menu heading.

We are still working on the menu CSS but here is an illustration of the problem on the “Forum” menu element .

I imagine the problem comes from pages page-nav.php & most probably from the following lines but i do not know what to change in order just to show the navigation label & nothing else

Thanks Phi, figured that part out.. one last question for you though. I have altered the colors of the theme and therefore need to change the text color to make it readable. I have figured most of it out with one exception… how do I change the color of the “drop shadow” effect that is placed behind my text headers? i.e. look at this iimage:

I cannot seem to find it in the css file. I can change the text color yes, but not the shadow underneath it.

This is a great theme; but I do have one question… I have searched here and on the forum but cannot seem to find the answer… I am trying to setup the theme so it has the section between the slider/teaser and footer area but I cannot figure out how to get it working? Is there any documentation explaning this?
